How Ignition Disable Works

Professional Installation
A certified technician installs a small relay that connects your EasiTrack GPS device to your vehicle's starter system. This one-time setup is quick and doesn't affect normal vehicle operation.
Remote Activation
When needed, log into your EasiTrack account from any web-connected device. Locate the vehicle you want to immobilize and click the ignition disable button. The command is sent securely to the vehicle within seconds.
Vehicle Immobilization
Once the command is received, the relay prevents the vehicle from starting. The vehicle remains immobilized until you send the re-enable command, giving you complete control over when the vehicle can be operated.
